1967: Medical Degree: University of Colorado.
1967-1968: Surgical Internship: Queen’s Hospital, Honolulu, Hawaii.
1968: Six months of Flight Surgeon training at PENSACOLA, FLORIDA, Naval Aerospace Medical Institute
1968-1971 Active Duty, Flight Surgeon, USNR. Viet Nam era veteran.
1971-72 Private and Group Medical Practice, Lander, Wyoming.
1972-1980 Emergency Physician, St. Joseph Hospital, Albuquerque, N.M.
(Head of the Department for 3 years, 1977: President of the New Mexico Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.)
1975: Law Degree from the University of New Mexico.
1972-2005: Licensed to Practice Medicine in New Mexico and Wyoming, now inactive.
1975-2006: Active Member of the State Bar of New Mexico. Private Practice Law Firm specializing in Medical Malpractice Trial Law. Primarily represented injured patients suing hospitals, drug companies, and doctors.

2006: Became a permanent resident of Ocala, Florida and registered to vote as a Democrat.

FEC, U.S. District Court for Middle District of Florida, (Requesting Declaratory Judgment to find that parts of the corrupt Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 is Unconstitutional.)
