Biography of Kevin Boyd from Kevin Boyd for Congress
Kevin Boyd has been an active member of the local community since moving to Fort Wayne in 1989. During that time, he and his wonderful wife of 35 years, Barb, have raised two children, Diana and Rob. Kevin and Barb are now devoted grandparents to Diana and her husband Matt’s one-year-old daughter, Maci. Both Diana and Matt work as public school teachers in Fort Wayne. Rob is a mechanical engineer building manufacturing robots in Berne.
Kevin has spent 30 years as a Presbyterian minister and served the local community for the past 23 years as minister of a small congregation at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Prior to that, he served for seven years in Blackford County. To enable him to serve both church and community, Kevin works a second job as an Assistant Manager at an insurance company in Fort Wayne.
In the few hours of spare time Kevin has, he enjoys golfing, bicycling, baking, and singing.
