Why Cheer

Why Cheer

Rant, Rave, Cheer, why Cheer… Rant is just incoherent, Rave sounds too much like a college party, Cheer though is the one thing we are able to do for our representatives, at least the ones that listen to us and are able to read The Constitution.

Our founding fathers had the good senses, probably by issuance of Divine Providence, to limit the duties of a national or federalized government. Jefferson taught us “On matters of style, swim with the current, on matters of principle, stand like a rock.” It is now our time to “stand like a rock”, we must to this for our parents, siblings, children, our grandchildren.

For whatever reason, the national government has come to believe that they we should rely on its largess, when in point of fact it should, as it did, rely on our largess. We may disagree on what functions it is to service; but, those few that are dictated in The Constitution are those that we must and have agreed to.

It is time to take OUR REPUBLIC BACK! They work for us. We choose them, be it ever 2, 4, or 6 years, to represent our interests. Not to take our rights away. We, by way of our founding fathers, gave the federal government limited privileges. We take our rights back by election not revolution.
