Biography of Carlos Quintanilla from Quintanilla for Congress

I have not been afraid to speak out against unjust laws, on major issues important to the Hispanic community, against political corruption and crime. Through my efforts that are well documented, we were able to save the lives of many Children who were becoming the targets of vicious Cheese heroin drug dealers. More than 30 teenagers died and the community was galvanized through my efforts and my public declaration of war against drug dealers who were killing and addicting our Children.

I have paid my debt to society and have shown through my actions that I have been a positive influence and a strong advocate for those whose hopes have been diminished, for those who have lived very difficult lives and for the many who regretfully have no voice.

I am today spearheading a Campaign to promote healthy eating among Children and to fight hunger among all Children, a crisis that affects us all. I have been a strong supporter of sports and recreation programs that serve as alternatives to drugs, gangs and other negative behavior. I have been a relentless voice pushing for quality education and parental involvement. I have been the in the forefront calling for equitable political representation for Hispanics in the Metroplex.

I have been steadfast in pushing for a humane and compassionate solution on Immigration.

Some will question who I am and other will speak out about what I have done and who I have become.
