TX Vote Buying, 8 Grand Each

A candidate offers around $8,000 per voter in his Congressional District. You have to be a registered voter by Nov. 2, 2012. Is this sharing or just vote buying? Here is what he says on his website: “… I am committing equal shares from 25% of the damages to each registered voter in the Texas 15th District by Nov. 2, 2012. This equates to a $2.19 billion public dispersal amounting to approximately $8000 per person. My interests are now your interests.” And he ends it with “Thank you for your support.”

The District 15 Candidate that is offer the $8,000 per voter is Johnny Partain. He is not just making this offer his campaign website but also on his Facebook Page. On April 13 this comment was made about a link “Another question posed was how Mr. Partain intended on beating Mr. Hinojosa – considering Mr. Hinojosa’s $538,000 war chest. Well Mr. Partain will be disbursing $2.2 Billion of his personal interest to the 275,000 register voters of District 15 to raise issue and draw attention to government corruption against its citizens in South Texas. That $8000 per registered voter for District 15. Mr. Hinojosa can’t do that.”

Is this out right vote buying? Is this a Democrat campaigning as a true 20th century Southern Democrat? Read the pages below see the yellow highlighted section and judge for yourself.
